Industrial Relations Supervisor - Recruitment

Job Summary
Coordinate the recruiting, screening, and in-processing activities for craft employees’ positions including journeymen, maestros, operators, mechanics, foremen, and general foremen; publish recruitment advertisements under the supervision of the recruiting supervisor and in collaboration with Communications team; maintain affiliations and engage with recruiting, industry, or employment organizations to promote networking and communications about craft employment; create wage bulletins based on market or union data and coordinate data capture in HRIS systems; ensure LR/IR/WFS program objectives and results; requires proficiency in requisition tracking and employee data programs; bilingual English/Spanish; experience in recruitment and systems; part-time telework arrangement in Houston, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9 -12 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in recruitment, team supervision and knowledge of recruitment systems
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
