Job Summary

Conduct a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of company and government sensitive and classified information while applying advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members, integrating skill standards into workforce development strategies and providing TSAVs for DIA in support of certification program design, development, maintenance, and accreditation package submission. Requires TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and a Master's degree in Industrial or Organizational Psychology. This role supports America's critical defense, civil, and national security priorities at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience analyzing functions of classified work and capability modeling, and integrating skill standards into workforce development strategies
  • Experience analyzing functions of DoD intelligence and security classified work and capability modeling, integrating DoD skill standards based upon ODNI competencies into workforce development strategies, and providing TSAVs for DIA in support of certification program design, development, maintenance, and accreditation package submission
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Master's degree in Industrial Psychology or Organizational Psychology
