Job Summary
Industrial Products Program Coordinator responsible for supporting day-to-day IPP operations and supply chain activities across Canada, leading IPP donation programs, monitoring TPV procedures, IP declaration reconciliation, data analysis and reporting for IPP and other units, coordinating with external partners and stakeholders, providing Tableau and Salesforce support, and assisting with logistics/project management initiatives; role requires collaboration with the IPP team, occasional travel, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in logistics, supply chain, or project management (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in logistics, supply chain or data management is considered an asset
- Experience with Tableau or Salesforce is considered an asset
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Strong business writing and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Occasional domestic travel may be required
