Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of process or industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Experience with process design, workflow analysis, and equipment layout
