Job Summary
Industrial PLM Specialist to drive digital transformation by developing and optimizing PDM/PLM systems within a heavy transport and special vehicles context. Responsibilities include defining and evolving PDM/PLM concepts, leading workshops, structuring methodologies, establishing standards for digital transformation, developing and enhancing the PLM CIM Database (CDB) including architecture and automation, planning and deploying system updates with proper documentation, providing level 2 technical support to engineering teams, contributing to change management initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional IT, engineering, and external partners to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or computer science
- Strong interest in PLM/PDM systems and digital industrial processes
- Basic technical understanding of CAD tools (M-CAD / E-CAD)
- Analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach
- Good command of English and German (French is an asset)
- Motivation to work in an innovative industrial environment
