Job Summary
Supervise field crews and subcontractors on assigned mechanical projects by determining construction methods, manpower levels, and material quantities. Coordinate work across different crafts and departments while acting as a liaison with engineering and estimating teams to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. Resolve construction issues through productivity monitoring, safety compliance, and implementing corrective actions. Perform a wide range of skilled construction tasks directly as a working superintendent. Maintain job quality and customer satisfaction while managing budgeting and scheduling guidance.
Required Qualifications
- 4 -7 years previous experience as a General Foreman
- prior experience as a Construction Mechanical General Superintendent
- experience and/or equivalent combination of vocational training
- Prior experience supervising large teams
- Previous knowledge of man hour reports

Desired Qualifications
