Job Summary
Read blueprints, drawings, and job specifications to measure, cut, thread, fit, and install piping systems according to project requirements. Perform pipe layout, alignment, and system installation using hand and power tools while assembling components. Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications. Follow all safety policies, report concerns promptly, and collaborate with supervisors to maintain schedule. Maintain tools and a clean work area. Minimum of 3 years of industrial pipefitting experience required; ability to lift 50 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions. Pay rate $30–$35 per hour plus $50–$80 per diem. Multiple openings across three worksites in Corpus Christi, Texas, and one in Louisiana.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pipefitter in industrial, commercial, or construction environments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
- Proficient in the use of pipefitting tools, equipment, and measuring instruments
- Strong knowledge of pipe installation techniques and industry best practices
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in physically demanding conditions for extended periods
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and travel to assigned worksites as required
