Job Summary
Prepare paint surfaces, mix coatings to specifications, and apply spray foam insulation with precision to ensure durability and high-quality finishes. Operate and maintain industrial paint booths, spray guns, and other equipment while following daily safety policies and procedures. Use respirators during work activities and coordinate closely with production teams to meet project timelines. This role includes rotating shifts with overtime as necessary. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish
- RCRA certification
- HAZWOPER certification
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to step over and work on top of fixtures that are 28 inches off the floor
- Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold and where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels
- 1st Shift availability (6:00am-4:30pm) or 2nd Shift availability (4:00pm-2:30am)
- Willingness to work overtime as necessary
- Willingness to relocate from High Point, NC to Asheboro, NC
Desired Qualifications

- Auto body painting experience
