Industrial Painter

Industrial Painter to apply coatings to large HVAC equipment including air handling units (AHUs) for data-center applications. Responsibilities include preparing metal surfaces (cleaning, sanding, masking) for painting, applying primers and coatings using spray equipment (HVLP, airless, etc.), painting large components, mixing coatings to ensure consistent color/texture/thickness, inspecting finishes and performing touch-ups, following safety procedures, maintaining a clean work area, and collaborating with production and quality teams to meet deadlines. Requirements include 2+ years of industrial painting experience, experience with spray equipment and coating applications, ability to work on large equipment or fabricated metal parts, strong attention to detail and quality, and ability to read work instructions and follow specifications. Potential overtime and a team-focused manufacturing environment are noted.
