Job Summary
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers. Mix and apply industrial coatings using spray equipment, brushes, or rollers according to specifications. Operate, monitor, and maintain painting and coating equipment while inspecting finished products for defects, thickness, and coverage. Load, unload, and move materials while documenting paint usage and batch numbers for inventory tracking. Follow safety protocols and report equipment issues or hazards to supervisors. Work varying shifts including evenings or weekends. Hourly wage $23-$26 DOE.
