Industrial Painter-Day Shift

Under moderate supervision, performs a wide variety of skilled painting duties at a company facility, including applying paints, varnishes, stains, enamels, lacquers, and redecorating walls, woodwork, and fixtures. Mixes paint and matches colors; uses brushes, sprayers, or rollers to apply coatings; removes old finish with scrapers, chemicals, or blowtorches; fills holes and cracks; estimates time and material costs; completes purchase requisitions for painting supplies; may perform additional duties. Preferred candidate will have 1 year of experience and a High School Diploma or GED, and must be able to pass respirator certification.
