Job Summary
Prepare metal surfaces and apply standard finishes, including paint and metalizing, to machined parts using spray guns. Apply specified coatings to steel bridge beams and cross members by reading prints, specification tables, and adjustable layout instruments. Sandblasting or powder coating experience is a plus. This 1st-shift role in Lancaster, PA requires a high school diploma or GED. Full-time coworkers receive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid vacation after 90 days, and 10 paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED)
- The ability to work from prints, specification tables and with adjustable layout and measuring instruments
- The ability to apply specified coatings to steel bridge beams and cross members
Desired Qualifications
- Previous painting experience, using spray gun
- Sandblasting or powder coating experience
