Job Summary
Seeking a skilled 3rd Shift Painter to operate machinery for rust removal and paint application in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include machine setup, product processing, quality checks, and team participation. Extensive painting experience and proficiency with specialized equipment are required. This is a Contract to Hire position.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of industrial painting experience
- Proficiency in operating a paint booth
- Experience with sandblasting and using a paint sprayer
- Ability to lift 50 lbs+
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with powder coating
- Overhead crane operation
- Machine operation
Additional Requirements
- Must obtain High School Diploma or GED within a certain time for permanent role
