Job Summary
Industrial Painter at QuikCut, LLC on 2nd Shift. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and blasting; applying primers, paints, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment; operating blasting equipment to remove old paint, rust, and other contaminants; mixing and matching paint colors to achieve desired finishes; inspecting surfaces for defects and ensuring proper surface preparation; and maintaining/cleaning painting and blasting equipment. Certification in industrial painting or blasting is a plus. Additional details include shift timing (2nd Shift 3:45pm-2:315am), weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a 401(k) with company match.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an industrial painter
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials
- Ability to operate and maintain painting and blasting equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various environmental conditions
