Job Summary
Industrial Painter – 1st Shift in Riceville, IA. Prime, paint and touchup vehicles with power spray equipment and brushes; sand, wash, and condition parts; inspect completed parts for quality. Requires six months of industrial painting experience and the ability to read checklists, paint codes, safety logs, and other required documents; must be able to proficiently paint in a single assigned area. High school diploma/GED not required. Starting pay $20.00–$28.34/hour based on experience. Benefits include medical/prescription dental and vision insurance from Day 1, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement up to $10,000/year, and a company bonus plan. If you choose, we will provide support to pursue education from GED to Master’s degree up to $10,000/year.
