Job Summary
The Industrial Operations Director oversees North American manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient processes and strategic implementation in alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include leading continuous improvement initiatives in health and safety, optimizing operational costs, and developing long-range objectives. This role demands strong leadership to influence cross-departmental collaboration, effective reporting to the CEO, and development of plant managers. Candidates must possess a master's degree and significant experience in tier one supplier manufacturing, with a preference for bilingual abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing Industrialization, or equivalent
- Ten to fifteen years related tier one supplier manufacturing operational experience and/or training
- Three years’ experience in upper management executive level capacity
Desired Qualifications
- Bi-Lingual English / Spanish preferred
- French language skill is a secondary preference
