Job Summary
Industrial Millwright responsible for maintenance tasks including cutting, welding, pipe fitting, bearing installation, potable water system repairs, sewer system repairs, fire system repairs, and facility maintenance. Emphasizes safety and compliance with IBiZ NOW safety policy, lockout procedures, and use of Material Safety Data Sheets. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, and a proactive, safety-focused mindset. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, at heights up to 120 feet, and be willing to work flexible hours, overtime, weekends, and at other ROM facilities when needed. Strong mechanical aptitude, basic carpentry skills, teamwork, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, and self-motivation are expected, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years industrial maintenance experience
- Must understand lockout procedures
- Must have an outstanding safety and attendance record
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, overtime, weekends
- Basic carpentry skills
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work at heights up to 120 feet
- Must maintain good work quality, accuracy, and thoroughness
