Job Summary
Industrial Millwright role focused on maintaining and improving production equipment. Responsibilities include scheduled preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing injection molding machines, compressed air systems, cooling water systems, and vacuum conveying systems; conduct minor electrical repairs; enforce safety procedures including lockout/tagout; follow environmental and waste guidelines; interpret drawings and schematics; collaborate with team members and take on additional tasks as needed. Requires provincial (433A) or interprovincial (Red Seal) Millwright certification and 3+ years of experience in an industrial setting; experience with injection molding and robotics/automation is preferred. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and safety awareness; own basic hand tools; willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with variable shift schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Provincial (433A) or interprovincial (Red Seal) Millwright certification (dual ticket certification is a strong asset)
- 3 or more years of experience in an industrial environment
- Experience with injection molding machines is a strong asset
