Job Summary
Perform routine inspections, lubrication, calibration, and adjustments on machinery while diagnosing and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and limited electrical issues. Pinpoint root causes of breakdowns, implement sustainable repairs, and collaborate with the team to streamline processes and reduce recurring failures. Retain maintenance records, conduct safety inspections, and enforce OSHA standards including Lockout/Tagout procedures. Assist with general labor tasks as needed and communicate effectively with supervisors. This role requires precision mechanical skill and experience with heavy equipment, welding, and conveyor systems.
