Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and specialized repairs on industrial tumble blenders, dryers, chillers, and pumps. Assemble motors, gears, reducers, and piping while bending tubing and welding MIG, TIG, and Stick processes. Diagnose machinery issues by reading P&ID, pneumatic, and electrical diagrams, then level, align, and place equipment using forklifts and cranes. Execute minor electrical work on sensors, VFDs, and PLCs, and liaise with clients to ensure satisfactory job completion. Adhere strictly to company safety policies while completing all tasks within allotted timeframes.
Required Qualifications
- 15 years industrial mechanic experience
- Able to bend pipe and small tubing
- Welding MIG and TIG and Stick
- Read drawings including P&ID, Pneumatic Circuits, and Electrical Diagrams
- Place equipment with a fork truck and crane
- Level and Align using the proper tools and equipment
- Assess machinery to accurately diagnose and repair issues
- Adhere to company work and safety policies
