Job Summary
Industrial Mechanic role on evening shift (Mon-Thu, 1:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.) at AIM. Responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs, adjustments, alignments, and servicing of equipment including conveyors, grinders, shredders, vibrating tables, hydraulic systems, and presses. Diagnose mechanical issues, inspect wear, replace defective parts, test repaired equipment for performance and compliance, assist in troubleshooting to improve efficiency, install/upgrade machinery, complete work orders, ensure safe operation, maintain a clean work environment, and adhere to SST safety policies. Required Qualifications
- Skilled in maintenance, repair, and adjustment of mechanical equipment such as conveyors, grinders, shredders, vibrating tables, hydraulic systems, and presses
- Ability to diagnose mechanical issues, breakdowns, and failures, and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Knowledge of safety protocols and SST regulations
