Job Summary
Industrial Marketing Coordinator responsible for supporting and executing marketing campaigns, trade shows, customer events, and day-to-day marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include administering WordPress websites, creating product data sheets, coordinating campaigns across digital channels, tracking campaign performance and reporting, and assisting with planning for trade shows, conferences, customer visits, and company events. Must be organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work within brand guidelines. Requires strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office, and project-management tools; ability to learn new tools and adapt in a high-volume, industrial setting. Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event support, or a related role
- Must be experienced building and administering WordPress websites
- Must be technical enough to create industrial data sheets using information from engineers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within established brand guidelines and processes
- Working knowledge of graphic design, preferably using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing or project management tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and processes
- Ability to receive feedback, ask questions, and continuously improve
- Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
