Industrial Manufacturing Engineer Technician

Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and variability, then implement improvements to increase throughput, yield, and cost efficiency. Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and line balancing while leading or supporting continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma. Support day-to-day production by troubleshooting equipment, monitoring process performance, and collaborating with operations and quality to resolve issues. Assist in new product introductions by defining manufacturing processes, work instructions, and tooling, and help design and fabricate fixtures using CAD. Create technical documentation, collect production data, and prepare reports on process capability and quality trends. Work cross-functionally with Engineering, R&D, and Quality to support capital equipment evaluations and root cause analysis. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, 5+ years of hands-on experience, and proficiency in tools like SolidWorks.
