Job Summary
Inspect and perform repairs and preventative maintenance on machinery and related equipment under the direction of the maintenance and uptime manager. Conduct routine inspections, complete mold changes and cleanings as scheduled, and record all maintenance activities in the maintenance log. Repair machinery and equipment as necessary while keeping work areas clean, organized, and free of contaminants. Adhere strictly to company safety rules and regulations throughout all tasks. Full-time position with Monday to Friday schedule, 1st shift (6AM–2:30PM) or potential 2nd shift (2:30PM–11PM), with overtime opportunities. Requires high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 25–50 pounds, and basic computer skills. Join Rogers Industrial Products Inc., a leader in the tire curing industry since 1951.
