Industrial/Maintenance Technician in Vancouver, WA responsible for preventative maintenance on production equipment, troubleshooting and repairing issues, responding to maintenance calls, and participating in continuous improvement. Roles involve performing PM tasks, documenting maintenance work, operating fabrication tools (lathe, drill press, grinder, mill), and supporting manufacturing processes within a GMP-compliant, unionized plant environment. Requires 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics/electrical components including PLCs, ability to read work directions and SOPs, and flexibility to work any shift.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in maintenance field in an industrial/production setting
  • Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components including controls/PLCs
  • Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment (lathe, mill, grinders, drill press)
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Intermediate computer skills and basic math
  • Ability to read, understand, and comply with work directions, training manuals, safety rules, SOPs and World Class Manufacturing processes
  • Must be available to work any shift
