Job Summary
Conduct regular inspections of drives, motors, and belts to prevent downtime, while diagnosing and repairing faulty machinery components like gears, motors, and bearings. Install, modify, or set up new and existing production machinery, and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems. Create and edit machine programs with a robotics background, ensuring all equipment operates within harsh weather environments. Work a 7-3 Monday to Friday schedule with 40 expected hours.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with mechatronics
- knowledge of hydraulics
- knowledge of pneumatics
- knowledge of electronics
- PLC troubleshooting skills
- ability to do machine manufacturing
- ability to perform preventive maintenance on machinery
- ability to create/edit machine programs
- robotics background
