Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections; diagnose equipment issues using schematics, manuals, and test equipment; repair and maintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and production machinery; respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime; document maintenance activities in the CMMS system; follow OSHA, LOTO, and plant safety procedures; communicate repair findings and equipment concerns to supervisors and production teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Electrical
- Hydraulics
- Plumbing
- Fabrication
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment
- Knowledge of 120V–480V electrical systems
- Experience using multimeters and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Preventive maintenance experience
- Basic PLC troubleshooting knowledge
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and Lockout/Tagout procedures
- CMMS experience preferred
- Welding, fabrication, or machining experience is a plus
