Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair, upkeep, and preventative maintenance of Spotless Brands locations. This role includes troubleshooting and maintaining carwash equipment, conducting regular maintenance to maximize uptime, and managing parts inventory. Candidates must have a high school diploma, two years of maintenance experience, and skills in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Essential abilities include time management and interpersonal communication skills, along with basic computer proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Completion of Industrial Maintenance apprenticeship
- Minimum two years’ experience in a comprehensive maintenance role
- Demonstrated experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing
- Able to pass background check to operate company provided vehicle
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
Additional Requirements
- Must maintain a driver’s license and a good driving record at all times
- The availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-call hours
- Able to be active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
