Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and welding systems while performing routine preventive maintenance on equipment. Troubleshoot components including control systems, assemble and replace machine parts, and weld structures, machinery, tanks, valves, and sheet metal. Read blueprints and schematics to ensure all work meets OSHA safety standards and maintain tool inventory. Communicate with supervisors regarding repairs beyond scope. Requires two years of industrial maintenance experience, technical certification, and working knowledge of electrical systems and welding. Valid driver's license required. 1st shift starting at 4am with weekend and holiday availability.
Required Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of industrial or facility maintenance experience
- Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field
- Working knowledge of electrical systems and welding
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a professional, solutions-focused attitude
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work weekends, holidays. 1st Shift 4am start time
