Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair complex manufacturing equipment while performing preventative maintenance and rebuilding spare parts. Participate in efficient changeovers to keep production lines running and complete advanced technical trainings to earn new certifications. This role requires 3+ years of experience maintaining industrial machinery, proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, and the ability to read blueprints and solve problems on the fly. Candidates must be physically ready to lift up to 75 lbs and work on aerial platforms up to 20ft. The position operates on a 3-2-2-3 rotation with 12-hour shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:10 am. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience maintaining industrial manufacturing machinery
- A solid grasp of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
