Job Summary
Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production equipment, mechanical systems, and facility utilities. Diagnoses issues with motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems; conducts electrical troubleshooting (basic to intermediate) including sensors, switches, and control wiring; reads and interprets mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals; performs equipment adjustments and changeovers to support production goals; maintains accurate maintenance logs; ensures safety and adherence to company policies; collaborates with the production team to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability. Responsibilities and skills include strong mechanical troubleshooting, pneumatics/hydraulics, basic electrical troubleshooting, welding and fabrication as a plus, ability to work independently and in a team, and familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and automation concepts.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills; knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies
- Ability to perform basic electrical troubleshooting
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Welding and fabrication experience a plus
