Job Summary
Provide technical assistance on all shifts identifying and correcting problems in process control systems, including furnace lines, CBG lines, servo drives, CNC controllers, and robotics. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns while documenting issues and corrective actions. Work in small teams to develop preventive maintenance tasks, implement improvements to reduce breakdowns, and participate in new equipment planning and installations. Complete scheduled technical training on existing and new equipment.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years formal education leading to a two-year AAS in industrial technology, industrial electronics or similar, or multiple one-year accredited industrial maintenance certificates
- 2-5 years continuous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, along with an accredited industrial maintenance certificate
- 5+ years of continuous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Available for overtime
- Flexible to work all shifts
