Job Summary
Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC aspects. Perform diagnostics, troubleshoot and repair issues, dismantle devices to replace defective parts, and maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop. Work with equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, cherry pickers, lift trucks, and conveyors; read building utility drawings and one-line diagrams; use meters to check continuity, amperage, and voltage; and operate Maximo CMMS. Requires 3-4 years of hands-on experience, high school diploma or GED, and willingness to work night shift in Lithia Springs, GA. Adhere to OSHA guidelines, ensure safety, and complete work orders within schedule; able to travel within the shift environment as needed. Compensation includes hourly pay ranging from $29 to $39 per hour, plus incentives, sign-on bonus, and annual allowances.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- 3-4 years experience in industrial equipment repair
- Experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, cherry pickers, lift trucks, and conveyor systems
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs
- Able to pass drug screen and background check
