Job Summary
The Industrial Maintenance Technician position works a night shift (5:30 PM - 6:00 AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule, focused on reducing downtime and supporting overall maintenance operations including machinery and HVAC systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 5+ years of progressive plant maintenance experience, preferably in food manufacturing
- Ability to stand/walk 100% of the shift and lift 10–50 lbs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to apply basic mathematics to solve maintenance problems
