Job Summary
Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, conveyors, motors, and related systems to reduce downtime. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial machinery while reading blueprints and technical manuals. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, assist with changeovers, and document all maintenance work and repairs. Maintain tools, parts, and a clean work area while adhering to GMP, HACCP, SQF, OSHA, and Lockout/Tagout safety requirements. Full-time Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime, extended shifts, and weekend work available. Candidates need at least two years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food or beverage production, and must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and production equipment troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, motors, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals
- Basic computer skills for documenting maintenance and repairs
- Willing and able to work overtime, extended hours, and weekends as required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, noisy, and fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, OSHA, Lockout/Tagout, and company safety requirements
Desired Qualifications

- PLC troubleshooting experience
- Welding and fabrication experience
