Job Summary
Hands-on maintenance role maintaining and repairing industrial car-wash equipment across multiple sites. Responsibilities include applying electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, and pneumatic troubleshooting to keep equipment running, performing installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs, diagnosing electrical systems (including 3-phase power and control wiring), traveling in company vehicle to scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs, minimizing downtime, collaborating with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts, building strong team relationships, and ensuring safe, efficient, fully operational locations. Travel opportunities to gain exposure to new equipment and best practices across locations; ideal candidate has 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, electrical experience with both high- and low-voltage systems, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance
- Electrical experience including 3-phase high-voltage and low-voltage systems
- Control wiring and powered equipment
- VFD and PLC troubleshooting (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and on-call hours
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required upon hire)
