Job Summary
Maintain and repair production machines and equipment in the manufacturing facility, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems up to 480 volts. Perform daily diagnostics and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with little supervision. Execute welding and fabrication tasks where applicable while adhering to a safety-first mentality. Work the 1st shift schedule Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 3:30pm, with Friday coverage from 6:00am to 10:00am, including overtime as required. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure quality corrugated box production in a safe, drug-free environment.
Required Qualifications
- Industrial Mechanical and Electrical experience or comparable education and/or certifications in related field
- Safety First Mentality
- Solid knowledge and experience working with Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems in an industrial settings
- Working with voltages up to 480
- Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work the following core schedules and overtime as necessary: 1st shift positions: Monday through Thursday 6:00am to 3:30pm and Friday 6:00am to 10:00am with overtime as necessary and required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work successfully in a fast paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Experience preferred with welding and fabrication
