Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues on plant and production machinery, including PLCs, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical assemblies. Locate and replace faulty electrical components, complete electrical projects, and fabricate mechanical assemblies from raw materials. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance while analyzing test equipment data to develop solutions for quality issues and continuous improvement. Adhere strictly to OSHA standards, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and confined space entry protocols. Work with production personnel to implement continuous improvement projects under minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduation or equivalent
- 3-5 Years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Lock out / Tag out Procedures
- Confined space entry
- Hot work permit
- Operation of industrial equipment
- Industrial safety guidelines
- Must work in a fast-paced environment under minimum supervision
- Must work with a high degree of accuracy
- Some overnight travel may be required

- Possess knowledge of high voltage applications
- Works in a fast-paced environment under minimum supervision
- Routine responsibilities and duties involve the use of various procedures and the application of clearly prescribed standards of practice, requiring the use of good judgment
- Must work with a high degree of accuracy
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- The job works in conditions with constant exposure (67% or more) to noise, odors, dust, drafts, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, hazardous substances, etc.
