Job Summary
Industrial Maintenance Technician III responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and improve reliability. Works independently on complex issues, supports preventive/predictive maintenance programs, mentors junior technicians, reads blueprints and electrical schematics, designs and fabricates tooling, coordinates with internal and external teams, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Requires strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting across production machinery, ability to interpret technical drawings, and experience with PLCs/VFDs.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Experience with industrial equipment, motor controls, and production machinery
- Ability to safely operate maintenance tools, shop equipment, forklifts, and lifts
- Technical certification, degree, or apprenticeship in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical field preferred
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and electrical troubleshooting preferred
