Job Summary
Industrial Maintenance Technician III for 2nd shift responsible for preventive maintenance to control machine up/down time on presses, plastic/rubber molding equipment, and related systems. Performs oil filtration/removal and filter changes, log out/tag out procedures, oil analysis, and manages maintenance for electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment. Reads blueprints/schematics, troubleshoots CNC and HPMP equipment, and supports installation of new manufacturing equipment. Requires knowledge of three-phase electrical principles, motors (linear/servo/AC-Ind/DC), PLCs, and PM program discipline; top candidates will have experience with CNC machines, welded equipment, overhead cranes, compressors, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems. Education preferred at high school level with prior manufacturing maintenance experience; company notes visa sponsorship is not currently offered in the US. Required Qualifications
- High school education and previous experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic principles of machinery/equipment/tools
- Skilled in electrical principles of three phase, motors (linear, servo, AC Induction, DC motor) and able to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Skilled in electronic principles and able to interpret blueprint and schematic components and troubleshoot on CNC machines, welding machines, overhead crane, compressors etc.
- Skilled in PLC control of CNC machines
- PM program knowledge and importance of timely PM tasks
- Willingness to install new manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read ladder diagrams
