Job Summary
Industrial Maintenance Technician II role focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining high-speed production and facility equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems, pneumatics, conveyance, and liquid transfer systems; electrical distribution and control systems up to 480 VAC; performing preventive maintenance during production and non-production hours; fabrication, welding, and pipefitting for process improvements; SAP work order management; adherence to GMPs and Food Safety policies; mentoring operation technicians and junior staff; material handling with tow motors/forklifts; and operating in a safety-conscious environment with exposure to variable conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Food Grade industrial maintenance setting, OR 5+ years of experience in general industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Must earn a passing score on the designated Mechanical or Electrical SMT Test.
- Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, electrical systems (up to 480V), welding, and fabrication.
- Strong communication skills for shift handovers and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
