Job Summary
Industrial Maintenance Technician I will maintain and repair production equipment on a fast-paced manufacturing line. Responsibilities include repairing and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems; performing preventive maintenance such as lubrication and cleaning; diagnosing basic equipment issues and escalating complex repairs as needed; using hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment; following OSHA and safety policies; keeping accurate maintenance records; supporting equipment uptime and production efficiency; collaborating with production and maintenance teams; and participating in on-the-job training to build technical skills in maintenance. Proficiency in team collaboration, safety-focused work practices, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment are required.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or technical role preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience using basic hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment
- Technical certification or training in mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance, or a related field is a plus
