Job Summary
Diagnose and repair electrical or mechanical equipment and process problems on computer-controlled process lines, pneumatic systems, and pumps. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities on production and auxiliary equipment including boilers, air compressors, chillers, and purified water treatment systems. Input work data into SAP or CMMS systems and prepare reports. Perform emergency repairs and troubleshooting on logical control systems with a significant electrical focus. This night shift role (5:45 pm–6:15 am, 4 days on/4 days off) reports to the Director, Facilities and Engineering in Pensacola, FL.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in an Industrial Plant environment or Field Maintenance technician/mechanic, electrician, multi-craft technician, engineering technician or relatable field
- Demonstrated electrical knowledge or experience
- Ability to accurately document work performed in CMMS or other maintenance management system
- Shift hours: Nights (5:45 pm- 6:15 am)
- Rotating shift: 4 days on/4 days off
- On-site role in Pensacola, FL
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of PLC, logical controls, and associated programming software
- Knowledge of troubleshooting programmable frequency drives (VFD) and their relationship to the process
