Job Summary

Lead maintenance strategies, overhauls, and rebuilds for critical equipment including turbines, motors, compressors, and furnaces. Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs using vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasonic testing to resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control system issues. Mentor and train junior technicians while coordinating shutdowns and major overhauls to ensure uptime and safety compliance. Integrate new equipment, manage upgrades, and implement predictive maintenance programs using CMMS tools. Troubleshoot high-voltage systems, VFDs, PLCs, and SCADA networks, and perform advanced welding and fabrication for custom parts. Enforce OSHA standards, manage LOTO procedures, and maintain accurate documentation and performance reports. Requires 5–7 years of experience, advanced technical knowledge, and ability to work in hot environments for 10+ hours.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
  • Advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems knowledge
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and predictive maintenance technologies
  • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, kneel, walk for 10+ hours, push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds, and work in an extremely hot environment
  • Required to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, background check, and respirator fit test

Desired Qualifications

  • Certification or degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field preferred
