Job Summary
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for repair, upkeep, and preventative maintenance across assigned Spotless Brands locations, performing tasks such as troubleshooting carwash equipment and ensuring equipment uptime through regular maintenance. This role involves managing parts inventory, coaching site personnel on equipment performance, and maintaining a company vehicle. Candidates should have a high school diploma, two years of maintenance experience, and skills in ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years’ experience in a comprehensive maintenance role, ideally in an industrial or car wash setting
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations
- Demonstrated experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing
- Able to pass background check to operate company provided vehicle
- Maintaining a driver’s license and a good driving record at all times
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of Industrial Maintenance apprenticeship
- Welding experience
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- The availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-call hours
- 80-100% travel, primarily day travel within assigned region
