Job Summary
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair, upkeep, and preventative maintenance of carwash equipment across assigned locations. Key responsibilities include performing repairs and troubleshooting, managing equipment downtime through preventative maintenance, and addressing facility-related issues efficiently. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in maintenance, particularly in an industrial or car wash setting. Familiarity with OSHA standards, along with skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and plumbing is essential. The role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Minimum two years’ experience in a comprehensive maintenance role, ideally in an industrial or car wash setting
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations
- Demonstrated experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing
- Able to pass background check to operate company provided vehicle
- Knowledge of basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of Industrial Maintenance apprenticeship
- Welding experience
