Job Summary
Ensure health and safety compliance by following all policies and acting safely at all times. Perform hands-on maintenance activities including specialized equipment, pump rebuilds, motors, yellow iron, forklifts, plumbing, electrical work, and welding. Lead capital projects by managing vendors and personnel on complex maintenance activities. Record and document all work in the computerized Facility Maintenance system while maintaining a clean work environment and managing supply inventory. Work the 6:00am-3:00pm shift with overtime and weekends as needed to keep the plant running. Join a team where safety is the top priority and opportunities for growth exist.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading capital projects and working with vendors
- Experience managing a supply inventory and ordering supplies
- Experience working in a computerized maintenance management program
- Proficiencies in welding, electrical, pump rebuilds, motors, plumbing, yellow iron, forklift, and building maintenance
- Previous experience in preventative maintenance or basic installations at a facility
