Job Summary
Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for the safe maintenance, repair, and replacement of plant equipment to ensure maximum productive uptime. Focus on electrical principles and systems, troubleshooting electrical problems, reading electrical schematics and blueprints, and ensuring electrical safety standards. Requires knowledge of motor control & PLCs, 240/480VAC 3Phase power, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and ability to diagnose and repair mechanical problems such as failed bearings, belts, chains, and sprockets. Performs facilities maintenance including lighting, plumbing, and building repairs; collaborates with team members and other departments; must pass a physical assessment, possess a valid driver’s license and insurance, and work in environments with welding fumes, dust, chemicals, and high noise. Education/experience in Electrical, HVAC, Machining, Welding preferred. Required Qualifications

- Vocational training in Electrical, HVAC, Machining, Welding, preferred
- Exposure to welding fumes, grinding dust, chemicals, moving mechanical parts, outdoor weather conditions, and high noise environments
