Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for setup and changeover of packaging production lines, assisting operators, and performing preventive maintenance on critical equipment, while ensuring compliance with FDA-regulated cGMP standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with packaging equipment
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Clear communication and collaboration with production and maintenance teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with vertical baggers and horizontal pouch machines
- Previous work in FDA-regulated or cGMP-compliant facilities
- Basic welding or fabrication skills
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
