Job Summary
Join a fast-paced manufacturing environment as an Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting industrial systems and equipment. This role requires experience with mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the ability to perform preventive and predictive maintenance. Candidates should be problem solvers who can collaborate with production teams to enhance performance and ensure safety.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience with motors, drives, PLCs, HVAC, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial automation equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Basic understanding of PLCs (Allen-Bradley or Siemens preferred)
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or off-shifts when needed
- Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and Lockout/Tagout procedures
